Can I use photographic and recording equipment?
Guests are able to use any equipment that they wish to bring to an event. Spooky Happenings welcome guest to take photos
during the events and would be happy to share and publish findings on the web site if permission is given by guests.
Will refreshments be available during the event?
On certain events an evening meal is provided, full details will be given at the time of booking. Throughout the night light refreshments will be on offer to ensure that energy levels are maintained to help with investigations.
Can I bring along someone to the event who hasn't pre-booked or paid beforehand?
If there are places available, then no-one will be refused to come on the event, but it is advisable to ring first to see if there are any places available to avoid disappointment.
What should I wear ideally?
Sensible shoes, i.e. trainers or flat footwear, Always sensible to bring a coat, as sometimes we go outside to investigate in the middle of the night.
What is the role of the Medium?
The role of a medium is to firstly protect us at the beginning of each event and also to communicate with the spirits that are
present in the building and to find out why they are there and what they are doing there.
Do you issue Tickets?
We provide you with a receipt when we receive payment in full from you. You are not required to produce a Ticket on the night as Sue will have a complete list of attendees for each event.
Is there a minimum Age limit?
The minimum Age limit is 18
Am I guaranteed to see a Ghost?
The Paranormal is something you can't, unfortunately, command at will. Using our expertise and techniques we will be placing you in situations that encourage Paranormal activities.
Is accommodation provided on overnight events ?
Only where stated. Our events are all about being wide awake all night .
Will we be in complete darkness all night?
Yes for most of the night the whole of the building is in darkness except for one room, where a light remains on for the duration of the event, which is your 'base room'.
